Thomas Earl was the brother of George Earl and the uncle of Maud Earl and Percy Earl. He was a popular painter of dogs and exhibited often in London between 1836 and 1885 included 47 works at the Royal Academy. He also exhibited over 100 paintings at the British Institute and at the Sussex Street. |
